Morning Session
Maximizing the Value of Your Trusted Advisors
Representatives from firms across the region will be on hand to discuss topics related to nonprofit law and operations. Areas of focus include selecting and working with consultants and accountants, work space planning, real estate, investments, and insurance considerations. The IRS Form 990 and other nonprofit issues will be covered as well.

Afternoon Session
After the Storm: Your Nonprofit Can Emerge Stronger After the Recession
The afternoon session will explore the effects of the recession on northeastern Ohio nonprofits and discuss how nonprofits can respond to the economic crisis as well as prepare for the recovery. Topics related to nonprofit turnarounds, collaboration, and finances will also be covered.
