New IRS 403(b) Regulations: Are you in Compliance?
The IRS' new regulations concerning 403(b) plans dramatically increases the role of employers in governing investments, documentation, administration and participant disclosures. Complying with these changes is critical to avoiding undue liability for your nonprofit, but it can be overwhelming if you don't know where to begin.
Daniel Gardner from the IRS will demystify the changes by discussing the additional accountability and due diligence required to comply with the new regulations. A panel comprised of financial and law experts will follow. Participants are encouraged to bring questions for the Q&A portion of the seminar. Continental breakfast will be served.
Program is hosted by Oswald Financial, Inc.; Buckingham, Doolittle, and Burroughs; and Bober, Markey, Fedorovich and sponsored by Principal Financial Group, Akron SHRM, and Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
